Podcast & Music – Sleeping At Last’s Enneagram Podcast
If you don’t know about the Enneagram, then you probably haven’t been on social media in a while! It seems like everyone is talking about this personality test, and for good reason, as it’s an enlightening and fascinating study about how our personalities contribute to why we do what we do. Sleeping At Last’s Ryan O’Neal took it upon himself to write songs that reflect each type, and in this podcast he elaborates on the intricacies of each musical choice he made in the process. It’s a riveting listen that’s long enough to last an entire drive.

Dax Shepherd’s podcast that has skyrocketed in popularity as of late is equal parts endearing as it is humorous. Reflect and laugh with this podcast while staying hands-free for the duration of your trip.

Playlist – This is Chopin on Spotify (3-5 hours)
Classical music has a way of both relaxing and stimulating the mind. It’s the ultimate soundtrack for a driver that feels podcasts are too distracting for them, personally. This Chopin compilation is tranquil, but not enough to induce sleep, so it’s ideal for driving.
