Texas A&M University Student Wide Competition
November 15 – December 13, 2019
Join the Texas A&M University Student Wide competition, hosted by the Student Government Association and sponsored by Century Square! Win prizes for driving safe! Compete + earn points to be eligible to win one of two (2) grand prizes of $1000 + weekly cash and gift cards. All prizes sponsored by Century Square.
TWO $1000 Grand Prize Winners
Two Grand Prize winners will be selected at random by software in a lottery-style drawing from the pool of individuals who have joined the competition by the date/time of December 13 at 12:01AM, meet the participant eligibility, and have accumulated 250 points in the competition. If the Grand Prize Winners cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours after notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner at random by software in a lottery-style drawing.
FOUR $200 Gift Cards
One $200 gift card will be awarded at 9:00 AM CST on the following days November 20, November 27, December 4, and December 11, during the competition. Weekly winners will be selected at random by software in a lottery-style drawing from the pool of individuals that have redeemed points between the start of the competition to the current draw date and meet the participant eligibility. If a Weekly Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours after notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner at random by software in a lottery-style drawing.
$400 Organization Winner
$400 will be awarded to an organization that shares out about the competition. Qualified organizations will be entered into a Lottery Drawing and will be identified at 9:00 AM CST on December 4. CLICK HERE to see how to qualify!
How to Join the Competition

SAFE 2 SAVE is a free, rewards-based incentive app working to end distracted driving. Users are rewarded with points for not using their phones while driving. Points can then be redeemed for free items + discounts at popular restaurant chains, local eateries, retail stores and more.

3. Drive Undistracted + Redeem Rewards
Use SAFE 2 SAVE to remember to not touch your phone while driving + earn points! Redeem points for free + discounted items at popular locations around the B/CS area + online.
Earn at least 250 points in the competition and redeem a reward at least one time during the competition to be eligible to win cash prizes!
The Texas A&M University student body has been directly impacted by the consequences of distracted driving. Too many Aggies have been lost in distracted driving car crashes, even in the last year. One life lost is one too many. Distracted driving crashes are completely preventable.

Participant Eligibility: Winners must be able to produce a Texas A&M University student ID. There is no purchase necessary to enter the competition. All winners will be notified where and when their prize will be delivered. By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazos County, Texas. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. SAFE 2 SAVE and Texas A&M Student Government and Midway Properties shall have the right, at their sole and independent discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change, if any, will be effective immediately upon posting to the SAFE 2 SAVE app. SAFE 2 SAVE and Texas A&M Student Government and Midway Properties also reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of their control. The prizes are as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. SAFE 2 SAVE and Texas A&M Student Government and Midway Properties reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of SAFE 2 SAVE’s and Texas A&M Student Government and Midway Properties control. Entrants will be notified of any changes to the competition as soon as possible by SAFE 2 SAVE and Texas A&M Student Government and Midway Properties. SAFE 2 SAVE and Texas A&M Student Government and Midway Properties are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. Prize winners may have tax implications that are the sole responsibility of each prize winner. SAFE 2 SAVE and Texas A&M Student Government adn Midway Properties are not responsible for any acts, liabilities, or losses that occur after award of the Grand Prize or after award of a gift card to a Weekly Winner.
