How To Invite Participants To Your Competition

We are thrilled you are organizing a safe driving competition!

Competitions are a great way to get your circle committed to being an undistracted driver. SAFE 2 SAVE has proven behavior change by reducing phone use by 25%. Having more participants means more behavioral change and moves us closer to reversing distracted driving.

SAFE 2 SAVE makes it easy to invite your circle to your competition.

• On the app, simply go to the Compete Screen in the bottom right corner.

• Then click on the competition you would like to invite participants to.

• Once on the leaderboard screen, click INVITE FRIENDS.

• There will be a box that pops up with your competition code. You can share that verbally, or send a text message invite.

• To send a text, click SHARE, and you will be taken to your messages, where a pre-written text can be edited if desired.

• Select the contact you want to invite and send the text.

And you’re finished! You can view the leaderboard on the app to see all participants. Now your group is ready to compete! Have fun and drive safely!
