In the event you choose to opt out from the App tracking your driving history, then your driving history will be stored into an aggregate anonymously so that your location information, accelerometer information, and gyroscope information cannot be tied to you as a unique user at all.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. The CAN-SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages. In accordance with the this law, we do not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses, we identify the message as an advertisement, include the physical address of our business or site headquarters, monitor third-party email marketing, allow users to unsubscribe safely by using a link provided in each email, and honor such unsubscribe requests promptly.
Data Security
We have implemented reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
