Survey finds nearly 90% of Midland parents text and drive

Local app developers are giving people a reason to put down their phones while driving.

Owners of the phone app, Safe-2-Save, conducted a survey on local students about their driving habits.

The survey found that 87% of students from Midland High said their parents text and drive daily or at least three times a week.
