SAFE 2 SAVE Partners With Fort Bend ISD
SAFE 2 SAVE is excited to be partnering with Fort Bend ISD + State Farm during the month of April to spread awareness about the epidemic of distracted driving throughout Fort Bend County.
On April 1st, the National Safety Council kicked off Distracted Driving Awareness Month. This is a united effort to bring awareness to the dangers of distracted driving + eliminate preventable deaths. Join us in spreading awareness throughout Fort Bend County by downloading the SAFE 2 SAVE App + sharing it with your friends + family!
We will be hosting a safe driving competition against all of the high schools throughout the month of April. State Farm will be awarding prizes to the high schools who participate in the competition. The student council who gathers the most school participants will be awarded $1,500!
Other prizes consist of :
2nd place HS= $1,000 will be awarded to the student council for the high school who has the second most participation (students, teachers, parents) in the competition
3rd place HS = $750 will be awarded to the student council for the high school who has the third most participation (students, teachers, parents) in the competition
A catered lunch will be awarded to the teachers within the high school which has the most parent and faculty participation
Gift Cards will be awarded for the TOP 2 teachers and TOP 2 students in each high school
We encourage everyone within Fort Bend ISD to join the high school competition!
