SAFE 2 SAVE + NATIONAL NIGHT OUT 2019
This weekend kicks off National Night Out across Texas! SAFE 2 SAVE is honored to be a part of over 400 NNO events happening across our current markets this weekend + on Tuesday, October 1st.
Our team works closely with municipalities and local communities to bring awareness to the importance of ending distracted driving. National Night Out is a key time to bring communities together and educate neighborhoods on how they can create safer communities for their families + neighbors.
Distracted driving is an epidemic which is taking the lives of thousands of Texans each year, and injuring even more. SAFE 2 SAVE is grateful for the work our first responders do to make their communities safer and for spreading the word about the importance of safe driving.
In honor of National Night Out, individuals who download the SAFE 2 SAVE app using the code “NNO” will earn 500 bonus points. Points can be redeemed for free items + discounts at hundreds of popular restaurants around town – McDonald’s, Papa John’s, Schlotzsky’s, Outback, La Madeleine, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut – to name a few. App users are encouraged to compete in the NNO competition to win additional prizes. SAFE 2 SAVE is proud to be a tool for communities driving positive behavior change behind the wheel.
SAFE 2 SAVE encourages everyone to go to National Night Out events near you to connect with your local police departments. You may even see S2S there! Utilize the NNO website to see if an event is being hosted in your city, and then contact your Homeowners Association or local police department to see where events are located.
